About Abortion

2022  |  Brand new podcast hosted by Dave Brennan

Is there a more divisive, controversial, or (for many) painful issue than abortion?

1 in 3 women in the UK has at least one abortion in her lifetime, and yet almost no-one is talking about it. If the subject ever is broached, it’s often not in the most helpful way: more heat than light; people talking past, at, or for each other, instead of to each other.

It’s time for a proper conversation about abortion.

But the bible doesn't talk about abortion, does it?

Many Christians are unaware of what - if anything - the Bible has to say on this issue.  They assume that the Bible is unclear, and it's up to us to decide.

Tim Lewis is currently working on a PhD on the biblical theology of the unborn child, and here he speaks with Dave about the incredibly rich world the Bible paints for us.
